The space is finished with Belgard Dimensions 12 in Scadia Gray, accented by a striking band of Belgard Brooklyn Pavers in Midnight, adding contrast and visual definition to the layout.

The lower space is designed for comfort and ambiance, featuring integrated outdoor wall seating and a sleek linear gas fire feature that adds warmth and a contemporary focal point for evening enjoyment.
The custom bar island is constructed with Belgard Pewter Tandem Wall, offering texture and durability while complementing the patio’s modern color palette. Structural support and clean elevation changes are achieved with a Belgard Diamond Pro retaining wall, ensuring both long-term performance and cohesive design.
