Multi-Level Hideaway

We began this beautiful project with a gorgeous composite deck in place. Our client was looking to add a space down at their lower level of the home. In this patio space, they wanted to incorporate a fireplace and additional space for entertaining with family and friends. The 750 sq. ft. patio constructed includes a Bristol Fireplace with matching wood boxes. On either side of the fireplace, we built a small seat wall with a column to anchor the fireplace. The wood-burning Bristol fireplace offers a great place to enjoy the evenings with family and friends.

From the fireplace space, we installed a paver walkway leading to existing Lannon steps that lead you up to the driveway. The material chosen for this project included Lafitt 3-piece, in the color Gascony Tan, with a Brookstone Slate border. The space comes alive as evening approaches when the under cap and path lighting turn on. The soft lighting makes the space feel warm and adds safety for evening gatherings.
