Family Intermission

This project is located on a beautiful property in Germantown with plenty of elevation change. The patio begins with a beautiful grilling patio which includes a one-of-kind grill island with a 3-ton Lannon chunk on which the Safire grill sits upon, along with access doors on either side for storage of grilling supplies. The countertop is made of Bedford Lannon which is sealed to prevent staining and allows the workspace to be cleaned.

From the grilling patio, you head down a staircase constructed using Belgard Landing Steps with a raised planter. The steps open up to a beautiful pool space that includes a 180,000 Btu fire pit, raised planter, seat walls, and a tranquil koi pond.

The surrounding landscape was designed with low maintenance in mind using plant material that requires very little maintenance and decorative stone with a Lannon cobble edge.

As evening sets in, this space comes alive with the fire feature burning and the color-changing outdoor lighting creating a beautifully illuminated space for nighttime entertaining.
