Cascading Outdoor Space

This new construction build began in the fall of 2019 with the engineered retaining walls. The wall material used throughout this project is Belgard Tandem Wall in the Dansville Beige color. These towering walls, with the max height of 11', required geogrid reinforcement every 2 courses and backfill with 100% clear stone. The staircase leading from the pool area to the upper patio is Thermal Top Lannon steps which offers a nice contrast to the wall material.

The pool deck is approx. 1500 sq. ft. with a nice open feel. The creative use of paver breaks up a large space into several nice entertaining areas. The hot tub space was designed for it to fit into the wall giving access from the front and allowing the cover to retract.

The winding front walkway was built using Belgard's Dansville Beige Dimension 12 with a Midnight Old York Border makes for a welcoming entrance to their beautiful home. For the plant material used throughout the property, we kept in mind to keep it low maintenance and functional. The use of slow-growing evergreens and a wide variety of perennial colors gives the property great interest throughout the year.
