A Space for Athletes

This project was a new construction build and was completed over a few years. In the spring of 2016, we installed the back patio, fire pit, walkways, and steps leading up to the pool. Then in the summer of 2019, we installed the patio space off the deep side of the pool. Our client was looking for a space to get out of the hot summer sun while close to the pool to watch others swim. A 24'X24' Heartland pergola was constructed to provide 90% shade with a 12' grill island. The island includes a 38" Delta heat grill with matching access doors and a built space for a beverage fridge.

Over the following years, we installed all the softscapes with decorative stone. The landscape beds are edged with a Lannon cobble to make for a maintenance free landscape.
