Capizzi Project

Our customer was looking to replace their existing stamped concrete patio with large outdoor living spaces. We raised the upper patio area which eliminated any steps coming out of the home. The patio leading out of the home was constructed using Mega Dublin and Britney Beige with a Blue stone border. The area contains an outdoor kitchen with a beautiful granite top and additional seating using Ashbury Haze Weston units into a balistered seat wall. The space also houses their table and chairs which seats 8.

Stepping down to the lower patio we built a fireplace, using the same material throughout.

In this project, we also created an oasis off the patio which the customer wanted for tranquility. This consisted of a water feature including multiple streams and cascading waterfalls.

We lit the area with Cast Lighting fixtures and softened the surrounding areas with an assortment of low-maintenance perennials and herbaceous shrubs.
