Stonewall Deck
In this project we really had to shoehorn this patio into this space. Not only was the tree line only 35' away from the home but the lot also had a steep slope and limited equipment access. With an existing stamped concrete in place, we were asked to create a larger space with multiple entertaining areas.
The entire patio is surrounded by a retaining wall constructed using Belgard Shelby Blend Tandem wall which was engineered to support the load of the patio. The upper patio was designed to have space for a portable fire feature and provide shade. We installed a Midnight Holland Stone in a running bond pattern with a Heartland pergola. The upper patio also includes a small space for grilling and steps leading down to the lawn area and step down to the lower patio.
The lower portion of the patio uses a combination of projects which London Grey Dimensions 12, circle inlay of Arbel with a Midnight Holland border. This space is used for their dining table and chairs. Outdoor lighting was incorporated throughout the project for evening enjoyment.
