Pivoting Louvers Pergola

This unique project had a few challenges. Due to city restrictions, we were limited on the number of hardscape surfaces we could have. We decided to make the most of it! To keep within the allowable hardscape surfaces, we installed turf on 2 sides of the pool which is mowed very short and allows the kids to play and access the pool. The material used throughout the patio is Belgard Porcelain Tile in an off-white and beautiful grey. Coming out of the lower-level doors is a stunning grill island with bar height seating. The island also includes plenty of storage, a bar sink, and under-counter lighting. Just off the patio is an outdoor shower for rinsing off before or after a swim. The covered structure is very unique, it is an aluminum structure with power louvers that can be completely closed which will create a 100% dry space.

We took a difficult situation and created this amazing space for all those that come and enjoy.
