Levshitz Project

In this project, the customer wanted to replace their existing stamped concrete patio which had shifted and cracked. They requested a multi-level patio with areas for additional seating and a fireplace.

We took their ideas and created this multi-level patio using Bristol Beige and Ashbury Haze Urbana pavers. The upper patio has a bump out for the grill and an area to fit their table and chairs for 6 people. We also created a balistered seat wall constructed of Bristol Beige Weston Wall unit with an Ashbury Haze band, to provide additional seating.

We also constructed a cedar wood structure providing shade and a more intimate feel. The upper patio leads to the lower patio where the customer can retreat and enjoy their Brighton fireplace with wood storage on the backside. There are also seat walls on either side of the fireplace for additional seating but also for eye appeal.
