This new construction build had a few challenges. There is an 8’ change in elevation approx. 30’ from the garage door which required a large engineered wall to give our customers a functional driveway. With the backyard having the same elevation change, the use of a retaining wall allowed for us to create multiple entertaining spaces and a grand winding staircase. The project also includes a wide variety of color-changing LED outdoor lighting.
